 CV Trubus Mas Lestari merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penyediaan agens hayati menggunakan jamur Trichoderma sp. Produk ini memiliki keuntungan banyak penggunaannya, namun proses produksi dan komersialisasi masih kendala. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mengidentifikasi faktor internal eksternal untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran produk Metode analisis Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External (EFE) matriks (IE). Perumusan Strengt, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, pelayanan baik menjadi kekuatan utama Lestari. Kelemahan diferensiasi perlu inovasi keberagaman. Kehadiran PPL peluang mendukung kesadaran petani hayati. Ancaman adalah sejenis harga lebih terjangkau. Strategi sesuai meliputi mengembangkan segmentasi pasar, mengusahakan peningkatkan kualitas dengan budget minim, memperluas wilayah distribusi ke sentra tanaman unggulan meningkatkan kegiatan promosi, penyuluhan demplot.
